About
Schematherapy (ST) to me is a fantastic way to combine clear behavior therapy methods with emotional and modern work of Gestalt, Psychodrama, Hypnotherapy and I also like to combine it with aware mindfulness. I met ST first time in 2009 and I'm so thankful, that I was enabled to learn about the ST mode work. I appreciate those, who did start with this integrative therapy. Schematherapy offers so many ways to integrate, to understand, to give orientation, to help the inner child in case of psychological damage and to strengthen the healthy adult mode. :-)
I was working as a trainer giving workshops in other psychological issues since 1995. Thus, these experiences and the intensive ST work are helping me to to be enabled leading workshops in ST today.
