Schema Therapy Basic Techniques 2 (ISST certified):

Experiancal techniques, imagery, child modesare takin into main consideration. Double chair work, role plays are held using also slides and video films. The techniques are performed with the participants at role plays.

Reparenting, emphatic confrontation, setting limits and the schemas of the therapists are other subjects.

At the second day of the program, therapy strategies for all schemas are discussed. Secure attachment, isolation, limits and borders, free expression of needs and feelings are some of the topics.
