by Natalia Dikova

About the Presenters:

Natalia Dikova:

Natalia Dikova is a clinical psychologist, Head of “Psychodynamics”, a psychological center. Natalia had worked as a psychodynamic therapist, but in 2014 she fell in love with both schema-therapy and dialectic-behavioral therapy at once. She now works as a schema therapist with clients with personality disorders (narcissistic, borderline, avoidant). In her capacity of a DBT therapist, she works with people with borderline personality disorder and bipolar affective disorder.

Why Schema Therapy?

Schema therapy has been extensively researched to effectively treat a wide variety of typically treatment resistant conditions, including Borderline Personality Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Read our summary of the latest research comparing the dramatic results of schema therapy compared to other standard models of psychotherapy.
