MAY 28-30, 2020 / WORLDWIDE
Day 2: Morning Yoga Buffet
10.45 - 11.00 am
Central European Time
Wake up, concentrate, relax your body, integrate your mind, open new perspectives and possibilities, deepen your truths, reach for new horizons…
Yoga holds pragmatic practices for each of the tasks we perform. Whether through breathing, body postures, spinal movements, relaxation techniques, meditation or mind work, Julia will lead you through a journey involving multifaceted flavors and sensory rejuvenation, steeped in the ancient tradition and wisdom we know as yoga.
Julia recommends the following:
· Comfortable, stretch-type clothing: the more comfortable your clothing, the easier you can breathe, encouraging air to flow throughout your body
· Yoga mat: not mandatory, but helpful to keep your feet warm, your joints protected, and to improve your grip
· Cushion: if you prefer an elevated sitting position during meditation practice, a cushion may help (though a chair will be enough)
