I am an advanced certified schema therapist, trainer and supervisor. I work as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with adults in private practice in Dublin, as a Schema Therapy trainer and supervisor, as a Principal Clinical Psychologist at a public community adult mental health service, and as an Occasional Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at University College Dublin and Trinity College
Dublin. I set up the first Irish Schema Therapy (Adult Individual) training programme which has run 9 times since 2017, hosted variously by the Psychological Society of Ireland Clinical Division, the NHS in Northern Ireland, the HSE and PCI College.
I trained in Schema Therapy with Drs. Tara Cutland-Green and Gill Heath of Schema Therapy Associates in London and am a member of the Schema Therapy Association of Ireland. I am the ISST national training coordinator for Ireland and a member of the ISST Quality Assurance Committee.
