About
I believe therapy means making you feel deeply known and accepted. My approach centers on harnessing your unique strengths in building the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. I appreciate how some old habits you have picked up at an earlier point may no longer serve you now. I want you come away from our conversations feeling hopeful and inspired, and over time feel that intangible shift in your spirit telling you that you are feeling better. The process of understanding yourself with compassion and learning new ways of being in the world isn't always easy, but I'll be with you every step of the way.
I help adults who struggle with their mood and want to create deeper connections with their loved ones. As your therapist, I believe in creating a warm and secure bond to open the space for long-lasting, personal growth. Together we can find and solve the "stuck points" holding you back from living a full and meaningful life.
I am additionally trained in EMDR, DBT, and CBT.
