The workshop to understand and heal the Enmeshment and Underdeveloped Self Schema bringing health to close relationships.

About this Event

The Enmeshment and Underdeveloped Self Schema undermines self-understanding, causing confusion and provokes anxiety around forming close relationships and limits the ability to function in the world at full potential.

This 2-day workshop is suitable for Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, and Mental Health Professionals, including student therapists, who work with individuals struggling to understand and maintain boundaries in their relationships, and who might also pose boundary challenges within the therapeutic relationship.

Strategies will be taught and demonstrated for healing this Schema and weakening Modes that perpetuate, and strengthen Modes that help dissipate this Schema.

Participants will have the opportunity to do some personal reflection on how the Schema might be impacting their personal relationships and their professional clinical work.

Venue: Central London (TBC)
