Following the success of the previous cohorts, for which we received highly positive feedback from participants, we are pleased to announce a new cohort of our 48-hour Schema Therapy training.

This training follows the official curriculum of the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST) and meets the requirements of the ISST certification program. It also includes an additional full day dedicated to integrating memory reconsolidation principles into schema therapy, in order to deepen understanding of the mechanisms underlying lasting emotional change.

Delivered live via Zoom, the training is interactive and experiential. It combines structured lectures, clinical demonstrations, video material, and small-group practice in breakout rooms. Participants will develop their competencies in case conceptualization (core emotional needs, early maladaptive schemas, coping styles, and modes), in using the therapeutic relationship as a lever for change (limited reparenting), as well as in experiential techniques such as imagery rescripting and chair work.

The training dates are intentionally spaced to support gradual integration of learning, clinical application between modules, and reflective processing.

The training is conducted in French and is accessible to international professionals, regardless of their country of residence. It provides 48 hours of continuing education credits recognized by the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ).
