15 Sep 2019 12:38 AM | Travis Atkinson

ENLIGHT 2019 premiered in the beautiful city of Edinburgh from May 1st through the 3rd. The sold-out venue at the Royal College of Physicians in the heart of the historic Old City was the sight where participants from around the world gathered for three days of intensive, all-day workshops from some of the leading experts in schema therapy.

We are happy to share three recordings that highlight some of the experiences participants enjoyed at the biennial symposium, starting with the Welcome Address this week, followed next week with the Featured Presentation, and finally the Plenary Panel.

WELCOME ADDRESS

Three days of intense training in schema therapy were kicked off with a Welcome Address, presented by Susan Simpson, the ISST Executive Board Secretary.

Active ISST Members enrolled on the website can view Susan's address by tapping below. Watch as she shares highlights about Edinburgh, including fun tidbits about how the Scottish might question your intelligence, talk about the weather, or invite you to join in a sing along.

Next Up: the  Featured Presentation by Jeff Young, the founder and creator of schema therapy, titled "The Interplay Between Schemas and Modes for Lasting Results."
