Preview Day 2 of the Schema Therapy Event of the Year.

Day 2: May 29, 2020
Central European Time (CET)
Looking for tools, advice, and inspiration to help treat your clients in our uncertain times during the coronavirus crisis?

Our community of schema therapists will be gathering online for the 2020 ISST Virtual Summit, sharing some of the best tools and resources to assist all of us as we help our home communities and each other best cope with some of the intense struggles and immense grief caused by COVID-19.

Get inspired through stories of resilience, and learn how to best adapt your practice and setting to the rapid changes occurring in our turbulent times.

We couldn't be more grateful for our many expert presenters in schema therapy who are able to step up for the 2020 ISST Virtual Summit to share their bountiful knowledge and wisdom in the many areas where schema therapy can help us work more effectively with our populations, especially in this time of need.

Day 2 offers 25 presenters, with 90 minute, 60 minute, 45 minute and 15 minute segments adapted to best deliver learning and sharing through our virtual platform.

You will be able to meet, mingle, and share ideas from your own experiences using our best technology virtual portal with some of the most innovative minds in the world of psychotherapy.

Day 2 begins with a warm Welcome at 8.45 in the morning, Central European Time (CET), and kicks off at 9.00 am with a Keynote from David Edwards, the President of ISST, titled "Schema Therapy in a Time of Crisis," followed at 9.30 am by David Bernstein, presenting his Keynote titled, "Beyond Empathy."

The summit continues with offerings of multiple workshops and presentations, including morning and afternoon Yoga with Julia Weis. Julia is a Yoga Alliance Certified E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, Bodywork Therapist, and AcroYoga mentor. She conducts trainings, workshops, and classes around the world. Julia is based in the Mannheim Area of Germany. Her analytical and precise German mind combines with her passion for organic movement and thoughtful patterns to create an inviting and joyful atmosphere for you to find calm while welcoming change.

The day tops off with a Virtual Social at 8.00 pm CET--an experience you won't want to miss!

Not Convenient to Central European Time (CET)? Recordings of all segments will be available right after the start of each selection to everyone who registers, especially helpful if your time zone is not convenient to CET, or if you prefer to watch after the summit for your continued learning--no need to wait to actively participate, even if you join the summit several hours after the live event.
