I am a clinical psychologist, who has a PhD on couple relationship dynamics and schema therapy concepts. I am originally Turkish and currently live in the Netherlands.
I work in an out-patient psychiatry clinic in Amsterdam and in the private practice based in Rotterdam. I use online video sessions as well to practice my profession. I provide psychotherapy in Turkish and in English.
My clinical expertise and experience are mainly focused on psycho-trauma, personality disorders, depression and anxiety disorders, relationship problems, intercultural context of psychopathology, self-image problematic, burn-out syndrome, and self-growth. Couple and Group Schema Therapy are other specialties that I have a commitment to grow. I use mindfulness skills in the treatments combination to Schema Therapy methods.
I am an ISST registered advanced level individual Schema Therapist, trainer and supervisor. I am also a registered EFPA psychotherapist.
